Business Days

Business days are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, excluding public holidays.

Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing or delivery estimates.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once they become available.

Tracking may take several days to activate or update after shipment.

International orders may also experience tracking gaps while moving between courier networks or passing through customs. This does not always mean the order is lost.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the customer may need to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the courier or local collection point.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and respond to courier instructions.

If an order is returned, abandoned or destroyed due to failed delivery attempts, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to the courier, refunds are not guaranteed.

Proof of Delivery

If tracking shows that an order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will generally be considered delivered.

If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check with household members
Check with neighbours
Check with building reception or mailroom
Contact the local courier
Review the tracking details for delivery notes

Bath Grip Co may not be able to offer a refund or replacement where tracking confirms delivery to the correct address.
